Shipping & Returns
Because of the pressure the whole postal network is under right now, in particular Royal Mail, there might be a delay in your order arriving on your doorstep (sometimes more than 3 working days).
For samples delivered to a mainland UK postal address we offer free next working day delivery. Deliveries to a UK non-mainland address can take 3-5 working days longer to arrive.
Paint, Wallpaper and other products
All our orders are despatched on the basis of next day delivery to a mainland UK postal address. For orders placed before 1pm they will be delivered the next working day, and for orders placed after 1pm, or on a weekend, they will be delivered up to two working days later.
All orders to addresses on the UK Mainland (ex. Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Scilly and Shetland Isles) are subject to a shipping fee of £5.00. Orders over £50.00 will receive free shipping.
Orders to UK non-mainland addresses (inc. Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Scilly and Shetland Isles) are subject to a shipping fee of £20.00. Orders over £150.00 will receive free shipping. Deliveries to a UK non-mainland address can take 3-5 working days longer to arrive.
UPDATE ON SHIPPING TO EU ADDRESSES
Due to significant disruption to shipments made between the UK and mainland Europe, from 1pm on 21 December 2020 we will temporarily stop accepting orders to non-UK addresses.
This will not affect orders placed before this date.
We hope to resume shipments to EU countries as soon as possible from January 2021.
If products are currently out of stock or experiencing delays to despatch for any other reason then this will be displayed on the site above the "add to cart" button and in the cart.
You can edit your order to change your delivery address, as well as cancelling it, up to 15 minutes after it has been submitted. Because we start fulfilling orders as soon as possible to let us hit the next day delivery windows, your order cannot be edited after 15 minutes. Please contact email@example.com for any edits to your order.
If you would like to cancel your order you can do so within 14 days. If your order has already been posted, then in order to receive a refund please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and a member of our customer support team will guide you through the next steps and help process your cancellation.
If your goods have already been dispatched then they will need to be returned before we can process your refund. Delivery fees will be fully refunded and your return is free, but cancellations will incur a collection fee of £10.00 that will be deducted from your refund.
Any cancelled items will need to be returned unopened in their original packaging for us to be able to accept them (we’ve got to be careful with returned goods, because if dust or other nasty bits get into the paint we can’t use it again, and we also need to keep our wallpaper pristine).
In ordering any of our made to measure products, such as blinds, you understand that you waive your right to the 14 day cancellation period. This does not affect any of your legal rights.
There’s damage to, or another problem with, your order
We’re sorry that your order isn’t up to our high standards. If there is any damage to your goods then we will replace them at no extra charge.

You’ve over-ordered and would like to return some paint or wallpaper
We get it, over orders happen. Your walls may have more features than are accounted for by a standard paint or wallpaper calculator (for example, a large fireplace or non-standard radiators).
We make it easy for you to return your paint or wallpaper if you have ordered too much. All we ask is that:
- You don’t open the cellophane wrapping covering the paint tin or wallpaper
- You keep the box and insulating cartons that the paint came in, or the tube that the wallpaper was delivered in
- The goods are returned in their original condition
- You’ve got in touch with us to process your return within 30 days of your Payment Confirmation
We’ll supply you with a label so that you can post your return at your nearest collection point, or arrange collection. Once we’ve received your returned products and we’re happy with their condition then we’ll process your refund for those products. For each product returned we will deduct a collection and restocking fee of £10.00 from your refund. For orders to non-UK Mainland addresses the collection and restocking fee will be £20.00.

We are unable to accept returns of made to measure products such as blinds. This does not affect any of your legal rights.
